Sockeye caviar "ALASKA GOLD" is considered quite a rare type of red caviar.
Sockeye caviar by Lemberg is manufactured from fresh fish only. Besides, it doesn’t go through pasteurization and heat treatment that conserves up to 98% of polyunsaturated fats Omega-3 and Omega-6. Thanks to a high content of vitamins and minerals as well as low salt concentration (2.5%), sockeye caviar has proved to be one of the nourishing and valuable products for our health!
Roe are quite small (3-4 mm) and feature bright reddish color.
